Parenting: 5 amazing facts to share with a child at an early age.

Parent and Child

Parenting is a life long process and as such, it is wise for a parent to share sensitive facts with a child at an early age.

As a parent, sending your child to school is a good start, but it isn’t just enough especially for the young ones. You also need to inculcate in them moral values that the school curriculum has paid little attention to. Here are a number of things to teach your young children.

  • Warn your child NEVER to sit on anyone’s lap, no matter the situation. This also applies to family relatives.
  • Warn your child NEVER to consent to any names like “MY WIFE” or “MY HUSBAND. On the part of the parent, kindly discourage those adults that call your child by any of these names.
  • Carefully educate your child about the right values of sex. The earlier you do, the better else, the society will teach them the wrong values.
  • Teach your child how to wash their private parts and warn them NEVER to allow anyone touch those areas.
  • Teach your children to be outspoken. This is very important especially when they are threatened by anyone to keep silent on something shady. Tell them they can count on you for any advice.
